Comprehensive Myofascial Release Visit   $275 or $1000 for a package of 4

Myofascial release focuses on releasing muscular and fascial shortness and tightness. Fascia is a connective tissue that connects everything in the body. By addressing both muscles and fascia injuries, chronic pain and postural faults can be treated.

During this comprehensive 60 minute session, I use a tailored protocol of myofascial release techniques  to reduce muscle tension, improve flexibility, reduce pain and improve your overall posture. To stretch the fascia and muscle,  I gently pull then moves the legs, arms, spine, and neck in a smooth motion at various angles to remove pressure between joints, release joint-lubricating synovial fluid, and improve flexibility of muscles. Osteopathic adjustments are incorporated to address long standing joint restrictions.

Regular treatments are recommended for those suffering from chronic pain, traumatic injuries or issues that have been resistant to standard care. The treatments can also help to achieve instant and natural beauty enhancements such as non-surgical face lifts, neck lengthening, increase height and/or a slimmer appearance.

Please note that an insurance receipt cannot be provided for these treatments.  The treatments involve myofascial release therapy, osteopathic adjustments, fascial stretching and exercises protocols.

Custom Orthotics   $500 for 1 pair | $350 for your second pair

A custom orthotic is a device designed to align the foot and ankle into the most anatomically efficient position. They look like insoles, but are biomechanical medical appliances that are custom made to correct your specific foot imbalance. Custom orthotics work on your feet much like glasses work on your eyes – they reduce stress and strain on your body by bringing your feet back into proper alignment. The plastic body of the custom orthotic helps to re-align the foot by redirecting and reducing certain motion that takes place during the gait cycle. Custom orthotics fit into your shoes as comfortably as an insole – and they have the advantage of having been made from precise imprints of your feet.

Compression stockings

Liza will perform a thorough assessment and take accurate measurements to determine which Venosan compression stockings are appropriate for you. We then order the desired socks/stockings which are ready for pick-up only a few days after your assessment. Most insurance plans cover the cost of stockings with a prescription from a medical doctor. Compression stockings help promote leg health and provides relief from a range of common symptoms including tired, aching legs and swollen feet and ankles. Professional athletes, weekend warriors and active individuals can also benefit from wearing  graduated compression socks.

Knee braces

Liza provides a thorough assessment to determine which knee brace would be appropriate for your injury. If you know which knee brace you would like we can take the necessary measurements and order in that brace for you. With a prescription from your medical doctor these knee braces are typically covered under extended health care plans.

Knee braces are supports that you wear for a painful or injured knee. There are four main kinds of knee braces. Prophylactic braces are designed to protect knees from injuries during contact sports like football. Functional braces give support to knees that have already been injured. Rehabilitative braces limit harmful knee movement while a knee is healing after an injury or surgery. Unloader/ offloader braces are designed to provide relief to people who have arthritis in their knees.
